Here’s a summary of the video:

She then reflects on what “regenerative culture” actually means in practice, using two personal examples:
- The coffee maker story — she accidentally made a mess of her coffee maker and fixed it with vinegar and hot water rather than replacing a $10 appliance, pushing back on the throwaway consumer mindset.
- The land/water situation — she spent the weekend at her property trying to figure out how to get water from a small creek for an outdoor shower, rather than hauling in plastic jugs. She’s finding it’s slow, humbling work — nothing like the polished DIY videos on Instagram.
Her core message: opting out of consumerism and learning to live more sustainably and interdependently is a form of resistance — what she calls her “stick it to the man days,” aimed at the billionaire/elite class rather than men in general. The more people learn to rely on each other and steward the earth, the closer we get to the kind of culture worth building.
