Communities that reflect the characteristics of a healthy ecosystem are often more resilient, interconnected, and nurturing. This approach suggests that by fostering relationships and structures similar to those found in nature, communities can thrive in sustainable and harmonious ways. I realize that this &#8216;healthy ecosystem&#8217; was what I found there scattered amidst the tents:  toddlers running around, nursing mamas, taking care of everyday needs.
