I call it Mother Well.  I had a shack put on the sloping hill, one half on stilts, chicken legs, a sign proclaiming &#8216;Baba Yaga&#8217; hut.  Ancient mother in the woods.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first weekend my partner and I stayed there, as we were packing to leave, we lifted the mattress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And there was a Scorpion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I got over my fear, and we drove home in separate cars.  Me, mindlessly snacking on the food bag next to me in the front seat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next day, I went to put away the food in that bag and found another Scorpion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I would make a guess that right now your shadows are coming up for you.  These are the times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Honor it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today or last night depending on your location is a New Moon in the sign of Scorpio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grab a friend or your best friend &#8230; yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sit down somewhere quiet.  Light a candle and put some items that call to you in front of you.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Read some astrology.  Sing a song.  <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/fUqH3u_1k-I?si=oYmgWz4myIBbRznW\">Rise with the Fire<\/a> by Reclaiming.  <em>&#8220;Truth is the fire that burns our chains, and we can stop the fire of destruction.  Healing is the fire running through our veins.  And we can rise with the fire of freedom.&#8221;  <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Listen to a meditation. I recorded this one from Anodea&#8217;s book nine years ago.  Not the best recording, but you don&#8217;t have to be perfect to create.
