I think of places such as Portland, Massachusetts, Colorado but realize what really makes an area are the people you are in close proximity to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think on &#8216;intentional communities&#8217; of which there are a growing number and are attractive, but &#8230; there is still something missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I spend a lot of time, money and energy traveling to different gatherings full of &#8216;my people&#8217;.  I have been gifted with a community of 12,000 of my people through <a href=\"https:\/\/thedfapp.com\/v2\/dashboard\">the divine feminine app<\/a> (an online platform since 2014 to find circles, events, retreats and resources):  Witches, Priestesses, Authors, Teachers, Retreat Leaders &#8230; women who have been following the Path of the Goddess and the Sacred Feminine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I realize that is where I want to be &#8230; in a Goddess Inspired Community. I start talking about this with my &#8216;Conmadres&#8217; (With Mother).  I see their eyes light up. They, too have dreamt of this for years, decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#8217;s make it a reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brainstorming what I see for a Goddess Inspired Community:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/@artemisexpert\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"271\" height=\"347\" src=\"https:\/\/thedivinefeminineapp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3287 size-full\" srcset=\"https:\/\/thedivinefeminineapp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image.png 271w, https:\/\/thedivinefeminineapp.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-234x300.png 234w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 271px) 100vw, 271px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A place to learn about <strong>Goddess culture in antiquity<\/strong> going over 1000\u2019s of years.&nbsp; I know of so many organizations and authors who offer this wisdom.&nbsp; Invite them in and have classes: physical and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Picture is from Dr. Carla Ionescu of<a href=\"https:\/\/www.artemisresearchcentre.com\/challenges\">  The Artemis Research Centre<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Incorporate in chanting, drumming, ceremony, rituals of passage to everyday life.&nbsp; Full moon circles and new.&nbsp; Rituals that empower the individual that are not just about \u2018buying shit\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect and support for all stages of life: the young, the old, the sick, the dying.&nbsp; Realization that all still have contributions to make (the old keeping an eye on the young, having time for stories, etc.), and even when they have passed their ability to contribute, the community will still help them on their \u2018next travels\u2019.&nbsp; (a safe and supported place to die.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Places and support for grieving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esoteric study of ways to communicate with other worlds.&nbsp; Support and learn.&nbsp; Support the mystical.&nbsp; Learn of other cultures, their ways, their religions all with an emphasis on respect and unity.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Women only and men only areas. &#8216;Safe&#8217; nudity. \u00a0I know there are many who would prefer a &#8216;womyn only&#8217; community, and I can respect that as I get that there is a comfort level when you are with your own gender. I believe we must carve space for that. But in the community as a whole, I do believe that in order to &#8216;balance&#8217; the world we must give every gender, every culture a seat at the table. Also, I have met many men who are open, compassionate, empathetic, respectful, even those who follow the Goddess. I have also met many women who are not the preceding qualities. I think it is essential that we recognize that men have also been hurt by the Dominator culture. Those that are ready to move past that and embody those qualities (men, women, all genders, all cultures) are welcome.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Substance free.\u00a0 With addiction and support programs for those struggling with chemical substances.  My heart breaks looking at how the current culture has turned Addiction into a commodity without actually putting energy into solving the problem.  The ultimate solution for Addiction is Community.  But don&#8217;t get me wrong, I understand the path is long and hard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communal kitchen and garden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sacred areas and altars that are respected as places to honor divinity and nature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work \u2018with\u2019 the Land.&nbsp; Asking, respecting, giving back, stewarding.&nbsp; An attempt to make everything as \u2018eco-friendly\u2019 as possible.&nbsp; Working towards this with the recognization that we are all in different places with this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>How do we get there?<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make it work on a small scale first but with a \u2018big plan\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>First step:  3-4 people\/families living there.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combination of private ownership with individual homes as well as ability to build a tiny home on land that one retains ownership of home and can sell but pays rent on land as well as working towards offering housing to those without the financial means.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2018Sliding scales\u2019 \u2013 recognizing and allowing all of us at different comfort levels and wisdom of finance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparency.&nbsp; Updates.&nbsp; Reports.&nbsp; Realizing again we are all at different spots with privacy and \u2018sharing\u2019 comfort levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hipcamp \u2013 revenue through \u2018intentional\u2019 camping.&nbsp; AirBNB both focused on those wanting to come to Mother Well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">As <a href=\"https:\/\/anniefinch.com\/poemcasting-circle\/\">Annie Finch<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/Noyohoj75Mg\">said in this video<\/a> with Caryn MacGrandle, founder of <a href=\"https:\/\/thedfapp.com\/v2\/dashboard\">the divine feminine app<\/a>, the bottom line is that we don\u2019t have to \u2018overplan\u2019 this, you put together the divine feminine women, and magick will happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018Unless thou knowest the mystery<br>that If that which thou seek<br>thou findest it not within ye,<br>thou will never find it without thee.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">For behold,<br>I have been with ye from the beginning<br>and I am that which is attained<br>at the end of desire.\u2019<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><br>The Charge of the Goddess by Doreen Valiente<br><br><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-4-3 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<div class=\"olsen-light-responsive-embed\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"The Charge of the Goddess ~ Doreen Valiente\" width=\"665\" height=\"499\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Sr-NnND5C4Q?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Interested in learning more?
