May you have the wisdom to discern fact from fiction and all the rootedness you need to be grounded, resolved and present to those you love and are in service to with life itself.
May you source health, mental and emotional well being through any tools or skills that allow you to show up while also not pushing away agitation that is here to help us make change.

Where you can, lean into what is most true versus what is most traumatic in the gales of any chaos we are sailing in.
In my prayers- no matter what life on earth portends- we are going to go through many things together in all the years we have remaining- we are going to need to one another-we are going to need to learn to both let go and hold on at the same time.
There is grief. There is rage. There is also clarity.
There is a deep knowing where we are not surprised at all.
There is a place where we are ready and that much of what we did was to prepare for learning to be with not knowing- the mystery itself of how we find ourselves in the many universes and here in our lifetime on planet Earth.
